This blog shouldn’t be too difficult to write because I swear
I live the most embarrassing life more than anyone else. I always feel like the
worst things always happen to me at the most awkward times. I don’t even know
where to begin myself. Let’s just start out by the most recent event at my
cheerleading competition. Our team was up to perform and we went through out
whole cheer perfect and then moving onto our next formation is when everything
started to get embarrassing for myself. I was walking up towards the front of
the matt to my jump spot and someone stepped on the back of my heel and the
back of my shoe got pushed down, allowing my heel to slowly come out. I tried
and tried extremely hard to push my foot back and to just make the back of my
shoe pop back up. That didn’t happen. I proceeded on with my jumps and when I did
my forward rolls that when it just completely slipped my foot. Unfortunately I had
to finish my routine with one shoe on. The most ironic part about this is that
before we performed when I was putting on my shoes my coach questioned me
asking why I didn’t have white socks on. I told her that you won’t see the blue
and pink design you will just see the white ankle part, I wear them every time.
And next thing you know my shoe comes
off while performing. The part that makes it the most embarrassing is that no
one really even noticed my shoe fell off until the DJ announced it after we walked
off when he asked who shoe it was. Then there’s me walking back to go get my
shoe. It is even noticeable in the video; all of a sudden you just see a random
shoe flying in the air.
