G1. Hectic Weekend

Once again we have to write four choice blogs this week. Sometimes it’s a pain to write these because I never have any idea on what to write about. For this blog I’m going to talk about my exciting up coming weekend in December. The weekend of Decemeber 7^th and leading up to Monday the 10^th is going to be hectic. I’m kick starting the weekend with a little family Christmas tradition. The sisters and our mother get together usually for a Saturday and bake and decorate homemade Christmas cookies. But as of this year we are changing Christmas cookies to two days, Friday and Saturday. Friday it is going to mostly bonding time rather than baking, but we are going to start making the frosting and I think the dough. Then on Saturday comes the exciting part! We bake, frost, and eat! We tend to make about 4 or 5 different kinds of cookie. It’s always a fun time to have a sleepover with all the sisters and our mom, and I’m always the one that keeps everybody entertained with my hyperness and stupidity. Next, I know some of you might be crazy for me saying this but I am going to the Buffalo Bills game the following day. All of the kids pitched in to take our father to the bills game for his birthday. People usually don’t like going to winter games, but I think winter games are the best. Even though it’s more than likely below freezing and snowing I still think it’s a good time to go out and support your favorite team. I still haven’t been to one Bills football game where they have one, so let’s hope this will be my first. Lastly on Monday the 10^th I will be finally attending my first concert of my life. The concert is Kissmass Bash held by Kiss98.5. The only reason why I am only going is to see Austin Mahone, a 16 year old singer form Texas. I am going with my 2 closest friends, Shelby and Megan. Sadly the concert date and my cheerleading banquet had to fall on the same day.

F1. Books......

For one of the blogs this week we have to write about our favorite book, and personally it’s going to be hard to write about. Honestly the only time I have read in my life was during school when I am forced to. I am personally not a big fan of reading as well as my whole family itself. Personally I would rather read magazines over a novel any day. But I am currently reading a story right now based on a TV series. The story I am reading right now is called On Fire, based on the MTV television series “Teen Wolf.” The book doesn’t have to the same plot as the show. The book tells the reader a lot more about the background of the characters and explains more than the show does. Also the book as the deleted scenes from the show written in the book, just like the scrip does. I haven’t been up to par on reading thought lately; I’ve been getting caught up in school and cheerleading. Usually the only time I get to read is on the weekends, but since Christmas break is coming up I will be definitely finishing it the. Other books that I have only read were for school projects. One of my favorite stories from English was I believe in 8^th grade when we read Daniel’s Story, which is a story about The Holocaust. We also just finished The Crucible as well in English 11. I enjoyed the play because Mr. Currin made us act out the whole play to get everyone involved and make it much more interesting. Alright I know in the blog we are supposed to be writing about our favorite book, but I can’t leave out my magazines I read. The two magazine I enjoy reading are Seventeen and M Magzine.

F4. Dream House

This week’s choice blog I am going to be writing about my dream house. The most important part of having a dream house is the location. I know I’m going to talk with a lot of expectations that aren’t going to happen, but that’s why it’s a dream. I would love to live where it’s warm mostly all year around. As much as I living in Buffalo with all four seasons I can’t resist the warm sun. I would love to have a big open house with lots of windows to let in the natural sunlight. The prime spot for my house would be in the country set back off the road led by a long winding driveway. When you walk through the French doors I just want visitors to be astounded by how my house is very spacious and open. As you glance outside through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen you will be looking at a patio and set back further is going to be a in ground pool with a diving board and a water slide. Surrounding the pool would be rich green shrubs and stones with a little bit of flowers. Back into the house now, the main room I would like to have the main focus on would be the kitchen. I would love if the kitchen and living/family room were joined together. I imagine my kitchen to have an island with a breakfast bar with stainless steel appliances and dark hard wood floors running throughout the entire house. Connected to the kitchen as I said would be the living room, with a brick fireplace and a white painted mantle with a big flat screen TV mounted about the mantle. The reason why I want the kitchen and living room together as one is because I would spend most of the time there because I would like to have company over all the time. As you walk back out of the house you will be walking down the front stairs and walking through smelling all the beautiful flowers.

F2.Movies.

Movies are one of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I like all kind of movies expect scary movies; I still obviously watch them though. I would have to say my favorite movie from my childhood years that I still watch is High School Musical. High School Musical is the most fun movie I have ever watched. Every song and dance is just super-duper catchy. Also Zac Efron is the hottest actor on the face of earth, except for Taylor Lautner and Channing Tatum. Another favorite movie of mine is The Lucky One, also starring Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling. This movie is by far my favorite movie I’ve seen yet. They story line and acting in the movie is just outstanding. I feel emotionally and mentally connected to the movie since it has a military background and my brother is in the military, so it makes it easier for me to understand the movie more. I went to go see the movie opening day with my two best friends. And yes all three of us cried at the end of the movie. The Lucky One is a romantic drama film with a soldier coming home from tour. Zac Efron’s role in this movie I personally think is the best he’s acting out of all the movies he filmed in. His personality is just perfect. He is the nicest, caring, and helpful guy who will do anything for anyone. He plays a very round character. Another movie that I love to watch continuously is The Titantic. As well as The Lucky one, this movie is a romantic film. Watching this movie never gets old to me. Leonardo DiCaprio and Rachel McAdams play the perfect couple. Once again I cried at the end of the movie too. Peace.
