I1. New Year's Resolution

Since it is the New Year I have a New Year’s Resolution. For 2013, my resolution is to try to stay in shape throughout the year. Because after every cheer I don’t ever hit the gym to stay in shape during the offseason, then it kills me when I go back to cheerleading. It’s especially the worst coming back to cheerleading over the summer after not doing it after a while and it puts a beating on my body when we start to do workouts and I don’t have the stamina to do it, but I usually end up pushing through it. So I think by staying in shape it would help me and it would make my body healthier. One way to help me to stay in shape would by be eating healthier foods. I need to cut down on the junk foods and all the fried foods. Alost I want to make this last year and senior year the best I can have with cheerleading. I want to evolve as a better cheerleader all year round. I want to make senior year the best I could ever experience in cheerleading. Besides staying in shape for my New Year’s Resolution another resolution of mine is to become the person I am. I don’t want to worry about what people think of me. It’s not that I let it bother me now but I feel like sometimes I let it get to me just a little bit. I have to learn what’s best for me and only me. I want to become a more open person and be able to express myself in any form. In certain situations I feel that my shyness doesn’t really get me anywhere. I really hope I will stay with my New Year’s resolution for the year. I have started to focus on it more lately and it’s been going pretty well.
